This work sits at the intersection of ecommerce, logistics, and operational reliability. The goal was not to ship isolated plugins, but to create a coherent integration layer that allowed multiple Fakher Holding services to plug into checkout and order-management workflows without turning maintenance into a liability.
The shipping and payment surfaces all had different business rules: domestic delivery, international routing, same-day logistics, and gateway behavior that had to be predictable for merchants and internal teams alike. That meant mapping operational constraints into backend logic carefully, then exposing them through interfaces that were stable enough for ongoing product growth.
What makes the project valuable is the combination of engineering and delivery ownership. The implementation involved PHP, Laravel, Filament, MongoDB, API contracts, and testing discipline, while the role itself extended into sprint planning, backlog management, team coordination, and keeping multiple parallel efforts aligned.
